The Ask Us desk is on the second floor of the library. Stop by during desk hours or give us a call at 701.777.4629.
CFL Librarians are available during regular Reference and Research Services hours. Librarians at participating institutions are able to chat with students, faculty, and staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays.
Emails are directed to the Ask Us email account, which is only monitored during our Ask Us desk hours. Any question arriving outside desk hours will be answered the following business day.
Find your subject librarian to get specialized research assistance.
Our Peer Research Consultants (PRCs) have been trained by the librarians to assist
with general research and reference questions. Examples of what our PRCs can help
undergraduates with include:
- Discovering scholarly resources
- Developing a research topic
- Discussing tips and tools for success
PRCs are available at a variety of times throughout the week and are ready to help. For more information about the PRCs or to make an appointment, please visit the PRC Webpage.
Drop-In Tutoring is available at the back of the Knowledge Commons for classes in the following subjects:
