How do I find articles?
Basic article searching
- Click the articles tab on the library home page.
- Enter your terms in the search box.
- Click on Go.
- A list of articles will appear. If you see "Full text available" with a green dot , the full text of the article is available.
- If the article is available, click "Full text available" and click on any link to get your article
Advanced article searching
If your instructor has named a specific database for you to search, you can use the Quick Links listing on the upper right hand side of library’s or the Databases A to Z link under the Article tab.
If you are unsure where to start, check Research Guides to find a guide to your area of interest. If you need further assistance, you can contact the librarian listed at the side of each guide.
What if no UND library has the journal article I need?
You can request a copy of the article through Inter-Library Loan. This is free for UND students, faculty, and staff.
