Finding Government Documents
Government Documents Online
Many government publications are available in full text on the Internet. Consult the government documents libguide for a guide to locating digital government documents.
Government Documents in Print
Search the ODIN Library Catalog to identify documents this library owns from 1976-present. To find older documents, try the documents indexes located in the Reference area, 2nd floor.
UND owns publications from these government agencies and departments. We also have selected publications from other government agencies. Since UND shares depository status with North Dakota State University, some documents are stored at NDSU. Documents can be retrieved from NDSU on request (contact Peggy O’Connell, 701-777-4888).
Government documents are located on the 1st floor, West and are arranged by SuDoc call numbers. Learn how to read SuDoc numbers.
Inter-library Loan
For materials not available online or in print at UND, we may be able to get them for you through interlibrary loan.
